Youre so right. Elvis just copied all his material. I absolutely love Michael Jacksons, now thats one original artist. He of course was influence ALOT by Jackie Wilson and James brown but credits them alot and still writes,produces,and choreographs his own material. and Ray charles and prince are excellent. I love all of them!

the only reason elvis was dubbed the king is because black performers and the very large fan base didnt have a voice i mean practically everything that elvis recorded had already been recorded by black performers not to mention his dance moves and there is no denying that. so for past and future commenters keep the elvis talk to minimum of,....well ZERO!!!!

Elvis did take dance moves from Jackie, they were very good friends and Jackie ALLOWED him to use his moves, he thought it was a great honor that Elvis liked him so much.

Ok my people are mad cause I said the "B" word! I just really wish people would know facts, as far as dates are concerned. And, more than anything I wish it didnt always have to be about color! Hopefully someday "you people" who cant see past color, will realize how much you are hindering this world!
